Specialty cooked hams

Our 3 speciality hams: from ham baked in bread dough to Brace ham and Erbe ham (enriched with a mixture of fresh herbs). In our hams you will never find the words 'flavourings' or 'natural flavourings', safe from product sophistication. In fact, we prefer to use only real natural ingredients and call them by their names: 'spices and herbs', our assistants for a quality product!
