For the 'I Friulani' line we use only the best pork born and bred in our Region: Friuli V.G. Moreover, in our hams you will never find the words 'flavourings' or 'natural flavourings', safe from product sophistication. In fact, we prefer to use only real natural ingredients and call them by their names: 'spices and herbs', our assistants for a quality product!
