Purposes of Data Processing: personal data are provided by the Data Subject and processed by the Company for the purposes set out below: A) i. to allow consultation, navigation and interaction on the website (hereinafter also referred to as the “Website”) and to display the pages and services indicated thereon; ii. to provide information that may be requested directly by the Data Subject; iii. for statistical purposes and in an anonymous form to check the correct functioning of the Site; B) i. to allow the execution of the contract of sale of the products present on the Site in the e-commerce section. Type of data processed: – Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Legal basis of the processing: the legal basis of the processing for the purposes set forth in paragraph A) above is related to the execution of the requests of the interested party also with regard to the same navigation on the Site and to the legitimate interest of the Owner with regard to possible statistical purposes or maintenance of the Site functionalities; the legal basis of the processing for the purposes set forth in paragraph B) above is related to the execution of the sales contract of the products indicated in the specific e-commerce section of the Site; the legal basis of the processing for the purposes set forth in paragraph C) is the consent to the processing by the interested party.   • persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy to the Company with particular but not exclusive reference to accounting, administrative, legal, labour, social security, tax and financial matters, who need access to the data for purposes ancillary to the execution of contracts, provision of services or simple requests for services;

Rights of the interested party: At any time the interested party may exercise their rights towards the Data Controller pursuant to art. 7, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and pursuant to articles 15 – 22 of the GDPR.
